96-well PCR Products
- We are now offering a service that cleans up 96-well PCR products using 96-well Millipore PCR purification blocks on a Biomek FX robot for the high volume sequencing service.
- To use this service, just bring your templates in a 96-well reaction plate.
- The samples will need to be brought up to 100µL with molecular grade water.
- Currently there is no web based order form so you will need to fill out a hard copy submission in the DNA Sequencing Lab.
