How much does it cost and what do I need to get started?
Monthly Fees
- University of Arizona
- Faculty, Staff and Full-time Students: $130.00/month
- Part-time Students: $65.00/month*
- Educational and Other Nonprofit Institutions: $200.00/month
- Commercial Organizations: $500.00/month
* Applies only to undergraduate students and graduate students not working full-time
Requirements
- Must obtain a CAT Card.
- Complete the Department of Risk Management's Lab Safety Certification.
- Complete the Department of Risk Management's Bloodborne Pathogens Certification if working with human or primate tissues.
Please take note that our facility is not certified for conducting research with pathogenic organisms.
